How does online booking work?
Book your slot online and pay in advance. Your slot is guaranteed — no waiting, no surprises. You receive a WhatsApp confirmation immediately.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings cannot be cancelled after payment as your slot is reserved exclusively for you. If the salon misses your slot, you are entitled to a complimentary service on your next visit.
What if I am late to my appointment?
You have a grace period after your appointment start time. If you are significantly late the slot may be released. Please arrive on time.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn loyalty points on every completed booking. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings at the same salon.
What if I did not receive my WhatsApp confirmation?
Check that your phone number is correct in your profile. WhatsApp confirmations are sent within a few minutes of booking. Contact the salon directly if you need urgent assistance.
How do I get a refund?
Since payment is collected as advance for your reserved slot, refunds are not available after booking. If the salon fails to provide service, compensation is provided automatically.
For Salon Owners
How does the commission work?
Customers pay a small convenience fee online. You receive your full walk-in price directly. QueueCut takes 12% from the convenience fee — you pay nothing extra.
When will I receive my payouts?
Payouts are settled monthly to your registered bank account. You can see today's expected payout on your dashboard.
What is the grace period system?
If a customer reports you have not started their service, a 10-minute grace period begins. If unresolved, the customer receives a complimentary service credit.
How do walk-in customers work with QueueCut?
Walk-in customers use your POS screen as normal. QueueCut does not take any commission on walk-in sales — those are entirely yours.
What if I need to close my salon for a day?
Use the Close Today button on your dashboard. All online bookings for that day will be blocked automatically.
How do I add my bank details for payouts?
Go to your profile settings and add your bank account number and IFSC code. Your bank will be verified automatically via IFSC lookup.
