QueueCut (“we”, “us”) operates the QueueCut salon booking platform (website and mobile web app). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our services.

2. Data we collect

• Account & profile: name, phone number, email (when you register or sign in with Google), and preferences such as language.
• Bookings: appointments, salon choices, services, payment related metadata (e.g. payment mode, transaction references where applicable).
• Salon owners: business profile, GST/PAN where provided, bank or payout-linked identifiers processed by our payment partners.
• Technical data: device/browser type, approximate location (if you enable it), IP address, and logs for security and reliability.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide and improve QueueCut: scheduling, reminders, payments, loyalty, analytics for salon owners, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.

4. Storage & security

Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege access for staff and systems.

5. Third-party services

We may share limited data with processors that help us run QueueCut:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Razorpay — payment processing and payouts for online transactions.
• Gupshup (or similar) — SMS/WhatsApp notifications where enabled.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies; we require them to protect data appropriately.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at support@queuecut.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations (including tax and accounting), and resolve disputes. Some records may be deleted or anonymised earlier where appropriate.

8. Children

QueueCut is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
