A. Service description
QueueCut is a booking platform operated by Genuine Goods Outlet (GSTIN 20FQWPB0689F1ZR). Salon services are provided solely by Partner Salons, not by QueueCut.
B. Booking and payment
Advance payment: Online bookings require payment in advance through Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment capture, subject to slot availability and platform rules.
Razorpay:Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment is transferred to the Partner Salon's Razorpay linked account via Route transfer where enabled.
Bank settlement:Settlement from the Partner Salon's Razorpay linked account to its registered bank is typically within 2 business days per Razorpay's standard settlement terms, subject to Razorpay policies, banking holidays, and compliance reviews.
C. Cancellation policy (strict)
After payment is captured for an online booking, there is no cancellation or refund through QueueCut under any circumstances, except for the narrow exceptions below. This policy exists to reduce fraud and abuse of prepaid salon slots.
Exception — technical failure: If a slot is unavailable due to a documented technical error on QueueCut, an automatic refund may be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method where technically feasible.
Exception — salon suspended by QueueCut: If QueueCut suspends a Partner Salon for policy or compliance reasons before service delivery, a full refund may be processed as coordinated by QueueCut, subject to payment partner rules.
D. Completion verification (OTP)
Completing an appointment may require an OTP to mark the visit as completed. You must provide the OTP to the Partner Salon only to confirm that the service was received as agreed.
Do not share your OTP before the service is complete, and never share OTPs with anyone claiming to be QueueCut support except through verified in-app flows.
E. Reviews
Reviews must reflect your honest experience. False, defamatory, or manipulative reviews may result in account suspension or content removal.
F. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent bookings, payment abuse, or chargeback gaming.
- Repeated no-shows without cause.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorised access to your account.
G. Governing law
These User Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to non-waivable consumer protections, courts in Jharkhand, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of QueueCut as a User.
