1. Service description

QueueCut provides an online marketplace and booking platform connecting customers with salons. Features include discovery, scheduling, payments (where enabled), loyalty, and tools for salon owners.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Salon owners must have authority to bind their business to these terms.

3. User obligations

  • Use QueueCut lawfully and respect staff, customers, and other users.
  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services.
  • Honor bookings you make and follow salon-specific policies shown at booking.

4. Payments & platform commission

Where online payments are processed, QueueCut may charge a platform commission (typically 12% of the applicable transaction amount, as disclosed in the app). Taxes, payment gateway fees, and TCS (where applicable) may apply as shown at checkout or on invoices.

Advance payments: Deposits or advance amounts may be required for bookings. Terms shown during booking (including non-refundable deposit rules for no-shows) apply.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation windows and fees (including forfeiture of deposit) are displayed in the booking flow and may include a 6-hour rule or similar policy where advance payment applies. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture as stated at the time of booking.

6. No-shows

Failure to attend without timely cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposits or advance amounts, and salons may apply their own no-show policies consistent with what you accepted when booking.

7. Disclaimers

QueueCut facilitates bookings and payments; salons are independent businesses. We do not guarantee availability of services or quality of salon work. We strive for uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueCut and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid to QueueCut in the three months preceding the claim (where applicable).

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or relating to QueueCut.
